Chemax Wax Rolls
These Wax Rolls are formulated with high quality super-refined paraffin and similar waxes, oils and additives to give yarns a perfectly uniform wax coating. The wax coating provides uniform tension, prevents fly or lint formation and reduces yarn friction considerably during operation enabling needles to have a longer life.

For sewing threads, the wax coating allows high stitching speeds without causing end breakages. The readily water soluble wax coating is recommended for yarns which will be subsequently undergoing dyeing and bleaching operation.

Depending upon the yarn type and count and the desired application, the wax consumption would vary between 0.5 to 3.0 gm. per kg. of the yarn processed. Application of this minute quality of wax requires high precision waxing device, for which Chemax Wax Rolls are most suitable.

Applictions
WR-100 green
Substantially universal for cotton wool rayon blends and dyed yarns. (The wax coating is easily scourable with emulsifiers during finishing).

WR-200 yellow
For hoisery yarn.

WR-300 blue
For soft twist and bleached yarns at low winding tension (The wax coating is easily scourable with emulsifiers during finishing).

WR-400 pink
Water soluble, for fabrics to be dyed or bleached.

WR-500 violet
Water soluble, for fabrics to be dyed or bleached for ambient temperature above 75 degree F.
